What currency does Faire use in processing payments?

Since we’re based in Austin, TX, all items are bought and sold on Faire.Shop in US dollars ($ USD).

Does Faire offer gift cards, or gift wrapping?

Not yet! We do use discount codes – which you can find on the site – but we hope to have gift cards in the future. Gift wrapping will depend on a specific seller and whether or not their shop has that option.

What do I do if I need to alter or cancel my order?

How do I see the status of my order?

Once your order has been submitted, you will start getting notifications sent to the email you used at checkout. These will provide you with shipping updates, shop information related to your order, and a way to contact various shop sellers if you have questions for them (or problems with you order).
